1. Shipping destinations:

We now offer free shipping to Americas, Europe & Asia Pacific for relevant products.

2. Types of shipping:

Standard shipping will be applied. Delivery time may vary depending on notice of the logistics company. You can track your purchase upon placing the order.

3. Product checking policy:

- We apply the policy "not co-check on receipt". Accordingly, the buyer when receiving the goods will not be able to open the package to see but only check the external elements of the package. 

- Customers who open the parcel, please record the video during the process of opening the product box. If there is an error, not the product specification, we will work directly with the customer to exchange and refund.

- Your products will be packed and sealed according to the courier's standards (wrapped in air bubbles before putting in the carton box, recorded during the packing process and sealed with the company's logo tape) etc.

- In case when the product box delivered is not intact, wet, dented, distorted or lost the adhesive tape, please refuse to accept it and contact us for support

- If the buyer is not satisfied or the product has a problem, the buyer can complain to us. The payment paid by the buyer for the package will be refunded upon the outcome of our settlement of the buyer's claim.

4. Demarcation of responsibilities of traders and organizations providing logistics services for the provision of goods documents during the delivery process: Traders and organizations providing logistics services are responsible for goods documents in the process of delivering goods to customers.
