RETURN & EXCHANGE

Our store follows a 14-day return/ exchange policy for undamaged / unworn/ unused item with tags still attached, and of the same condition that you received it in original packaging. The item must be returned within 14 days of the time it is received by the customer.

Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return or exchange.

 

Please follow the below steps to complete a return:

1. Customer contacts us to inform the return. Please email us at: contact@kpfamco.com

2. Our store confirms the correct return address

3. Customer sends product back to the return address within 14 days

4. Our store refunds customer after receiving the return.

Please note: all return postage will be borne by customers. Postages/ shipping costs are non-refundable
